BROKERAGE FEES ARE BASED ON THE PURCHASE PRICE OF YOUR NEW HOME
PURCHASE PRICE:
$200,000 to $299,999 = $1,750
$300,000 to $399,999 = $1,500
$400,000 to $499,999 = $1,000
$500,000 and up = $500
These figures represent our fees on the sale of your home. An additional fee of 2.5% of the sale price of your home would be paid to the Buyer’s Agent. Compare these figures to an average brokerage fee of 5% and it’s easy to see how you would save thousands of dollars with our plan.
As an example, if you sold your current home for $225,000 and moved into a new $300,000 home you would pay $6,625. Listing with a traditional real estate agent you would expect to pay in the neighborhood of 5% of the sale price of your home or $11,250! That’s nearly $4,000 more money in your pocket.
