Just by purchasing your next home with the contract indicating Schauer Realty as the Selling Office you qualify for the rebate! The rebate applies to any home listed in the Multiple Listing Service with ANY real estate office, new construction, and for sale buy owners, as long as we write the purchase agreement you get the rebate.
REBATES ARE PAID BASED ON THE PURCHASE PRICE:

$200,000 to $299,999 = $1,000
$300,000 to $399,999 = $1,500
$400,000 to $499,999 = $2,000
Etc…
How you choose to receive your rebate is up to you. If you would prefer the money be used towards your closing costs, just say so. If you like the idea of walking away from your new home purchase with cash in hand you make the call.
